Great sushi, fresh and delicious. The hibachi was cooked perfectly. Some of the best service in Asheville. Would definitely recommend.

Great lunch specials! Lunch is a slightly smaller portion but very tasty and comes with a choice of soup. We tried both soups miso and clear, tofu and mushrooms were tender. Sushi is good quality and beautiful presentation with a little light and a fresh flower. Husband had the teriyaki steak, tender and flavorful sauce. Wish we have order TWO teriyaki lunches, they are so tasty. We also shared pan fried gyoza, good quality. Staff is nice and service is quick.

Asheville Sushi & Hibachi is a nice place with super friendly and accommodating staff and very good japanese food. We were in town for a family reunion and were so happy we stumbled upon this lovely dining experience. The food presentation is so beautiful.

We had one of the sweetest and most polite host and server. Everytime we go here I enjoy my time and meal. Food is amazing and staff are super kind and sweet.
